blomus’ top priority is for you to have an amazing experience! Our desire is for you to love your blomus design and come back for more.
Returns of online purchases (Excluding GROW and STAY Collection Items)
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can send it back to us along with the form included with your shipment within 14 days. We will issue a refund of the original price (minus the shipping charges) via the same payment method originally used. Our mutual goal is to act with integrity and work together to make things right. Returns of GROW and STAY Outdoor Furniture Items
We currently do not accept returns of outdoor upholstered furniture items from the GROW and STAY Collection after the packaging has been opened. Answers to common questions
- Return shipping is at your expense unless blomus sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged. In this case, please contact blomus immediately.
- No return authorization number is needed but a completed return form is required.
- If you desire different items, place a new order online. Exchanges are not available through our returns department.
- Only items purchased from blomus.us are eligible for return. If you received a blomus item from one of our retail partners, please contact them for their policies.
- In order to receive a refund, items must returned in re-sellable condition (undamaged, unused and in original packaging). Customer is responsible for packing returned items in a way to insure that neither the item nor packaging is damaged in transit.
